Hi I’m Kyla and I am excited to be a part of your yoga journey.

I was first introduced to yoga when I was 8 years old, in my living room with my mom, oma, and sister. I remember laughing as we all stretched ourselves into the funny positions pictured in the book on the floor in front of us. Fast forward 13 years; I was working in a job that was stressing me out and very damaging to my body so I decided to give yoga another try. I knew it would feel good to stretch and be a great way to get some exercise.

What I didn’t expect was the life changing effect yoga would have on me.

My yoga practice gave me a sense of inner peace that began to manifest in my everyday life. It taught me to let go of things that were no longer serving me. It taught me the power of living in the present and it taught me to love myself. Yoga became my favorite part of the day and after 2 years of regular practice I realized it was time to make a radical change in my life. I quit my job, moved across the world and attended my first yoga teacher training.

3 years later I am still practicing, learning and discovering new ways that yoga can transform my life both through practice and teaching.

I want to share these discoveries with you. My classes are designed for you to decrease stress, balance your body and mind and connect to your inner self.
